Meet Steven Marshall – Guide
 

Steven has been personally involved in 17 real estate transactions and has been closely connected to hundreds more over the years. As a keen observer and lifelong learner (rather than a commissioned professional), Steven has witnessed the full spectrum of real estate journeys from: the complaints, the war stories, the tragic outcomes, and most importantly, the inspiring successes. He has seen families fulfill their dreams and build significant equity through smart decisions. This wealth of accumulated knowledge and real-world insights is what fuels his passion for teaching others.

Steven shares what he’s learned so that you can navigate the path to homeownership with clarity and avoid the mistakes that derail so many people. His goal is simple: make real estate transactions both simple and understandable. 

 

Steven lives in Vail, AZ with his wife Michelle Marshall and sons Ryken and Axden. Michelle Marshall has been a active Realtor in the great Tucson area for over five years and has been a real estate investor for over twenty years.
Ryken loves playing baseball, 3D printing, and building with Legos. His creativity and curiosity keep our home full of energy and new projects. Axden, our newest addition, is a joyful baby who lights up the room—especially when he’s with his favorite stuffed fox.Together, we value hard work, lifelong learning, integrity, and helping others.
